The design and location attracted new, high quality people to augment the existing dynamic team.

Incorporating a full HVAC package with three pipe VRF, we designed a fully engineered exposed services system. Full Collateral warranties for 12 years covering all aspects of the designs and installation were provided.

The project was delivered on time, on budget and on spec. This resulted in an office design which mirrors the companies ‘light years ahead’ approach to their business and their competition.
